Spellbinders Cardmaker II Release-Jump For Joy

Hi crafty friends!

On November 9th, Spellbinders launched a new collection called Cardmaker II Stamp Collection. It’s a versatile release of stamps with a bit of something for everyone. I was invited by the talented Yana Smakula to participate in the release, so of course I was thrilled!

I was quite adventurous and actually made six cards in total, two with each stamp set that I received. I am sharing all six cards over a period of a couple of weeks between Instagram and my blog to hopefully get you inspired and give you some ideas on how you can use the sets.

Today’s post showcases two cards using the fun stamp set called Jump For Joy.

I absolutely love this set, it makes me smile. I loved colouring the little guys in with my Copic markers too!

This first card is a regular slimline card and I cut three circle windows out of the front panel. I stamped some unicorn white inky leaf images on some kraft cardstock to formulate a backdrop.

I used kraft cardstock because I knew it would work well with the colour for the little frogs.

The second card is a regular A2 size. I ink blended the background and did a bit of splattering. I wanted it to look a bit messy as though the little guys were jumping around in water if that makes sense?
