Oh goodness!! Look at this pair!
The Love Wins stamp set have this set of two cute lions facing each other and would be ideal for any cute card to a loved one. I'm think a fun Valentine, birthday, wedding, anniversary & engagement!
To begin, I stamped three images in a vertical l as this is a mini slimline card size. I stamped a fourth on separate cardstock and coloured all the images with my Copic markers in
orange/yellow hues. I used the co-ordinating Confetti Cut to die cut my fourth image and then popped it up on dimenstionals to help it stand out. I then simply coloured the LOVE sentiment in complimentary light brown hues.
Okay, let's focus on this freebie stamp set that you can get your hands on with your qualifying purchase All You Need. This small stamp set really compliments any of the stamp sets in this release actually, but I wanted to show it as a stand alone stamp set paired with the Circle Gift Card Holder.
To achieve that gradient colour effect I placed the stamps where I wanted them to be in my MISTI.
I then used two different ink colours that would blend well together and tapped downwards in stages. I wasn't able to add a black bling dot on the second LOVE as the gift card will be there when you give it to the recipient.
I love purple, it's such a rich colour and smacks a pow! I chose some bold paper in the From Cupid paper pad by Reverse Confetti. I decided to make two separate tags here with the Large Tag Die, as there is a smaller insert for it and it can be used a couple of ways. I cut some gorgeous bold paper and then based my colours off that, picking up the purple and using silver/greys to compliment it. I stamps and coloured a cute guy from the Love Wins and just added him for some extra fun. The big LOVE is stamped and then heat embossed in purple! Fun hey?
Here's my final sneak peek of this release.
It's a simple design, not too complicated but has lots of layering between the stamped image and the background. The stamp set is called Love Wins and it has a few different elements in it. I coloured the large image in greys and reds and added some white dots to help the large sentiment stand out. This also helps tie in the white space of the card.
Then, I matted the sentiment on a white cardstock panel that I cut using the Folklore Cover Plate.
You could add anything you like to this type of card, and sometimes thats really handy to have it in your stash ready to go.
